Portrait of Leif-Erik Hvide, author

About the Author

Leif-Erik Hvide writes practical AI guides under his real name and techno-thrillers as Leif Erikson. Based in South Florida, he combines deep technical knowledge with a storyteller's instinct for what makes technology both powerful and dangerous.

His nonfiction has helped thousands of professionals — therapists, lawyers, and everyday users — integrate AI into their work without the hype or jargon. His fiction explores what happens when that same technology slips beyond human control.
